We hope all our patrons are staying safe and helping our community do all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Below, we have compiled some recently updated information regarding the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic here in New Jersey.

Nationwide, there have been over 6.5 million COVID-19 cases. In New Jersey, numbers have remained stable, with about 300-400 new cases reported every day. There have been just over 197,000 cases in total in the state to date. There have been 217 confirmed cases in Rochelle Park.

New Jersey remains in Stage 2 of Governor Murphy’s three stage reopening plan. The state has released detailed guidelines for all businesses which are currently permitted to open, including precautions for newly reopened indoor dining.

Schools have also reopened across the state, and a detailed reopening plan from the Rochelle Park Board of Education may be found here.

There is still a travel advisory list of states from which travelers are asked to quarantine for 14 days after arriving in New Jersey.

The New Jersey Department of Labor has also announced a 20-week extension of unemployment benefits for eligible recipients. If the COVID-19 crisis has affected your access to food, here is a list of locations and contact information for food pantries across Bergen County.

In Bergen County, you can still find free testing at the New Bridge Medical Center by appointment and pre-screening only.
